Dear Visitors,
Due to roadworks, temporary traffic regulations will be in effect on the access road to Northern Velebit National Park from Monday, 13 July 2026.
The road section between the Babić Siča park entrance and Zavižan will be closed to all traffic from Monday to Thursday.
During the closure, access to Zavižan will be available via the alternative route through Lomska Duliba. Please note that this road is not suitable for buses.
Visitors may also reach Zavižan on foot using the "Staza zviri" and "Trag čovika" hiking trails. Parking is available at Babić Siča.
From Friday to Sunday, access to Zavižan via the Babić Siča–Zavižan road will be open. Please drive with extra caution due to ongoing roadworks.
We kindly ask all visitors to follow the temporary traffic regulations and traffic signs to ensure the works can be carried out safely and efficiently.
